Thanksgiving Pep-Talk
I got on the scale yesterday (Wednesday) and saw notable progress (I've lost a couple so far this week). I am doing well this week, and I should not throw it away tomorrow because it is Thanksgiving. The last few weeks I have used special occasions as excuses for going off track. I will never make it to 200 pounds if I keep this mentality. There are special occasions all the time. So I hope to post tomorrow night.....Jeff 1 Thanksgiving 0.

Last time I checked the name of the blog wasn't "247 or Bust". It's time to get off my ass and get going.

Friday + Saturday (11/17 - 11/18)
I got courtside club seats at the Suns Game, it cam with a free buffet and hosted drinks. It was an almost once in a lifetime opportunity, so I took advantage. Saturday I hung out at Yardhouse in Scottsdale with some friends and watched Michigan v. Ohio State, and got carried away with the food.
I should not have folded in either situation. I'm better than this. It took me a week to post this becasue I was so disappointed and embarassed with myself. I got on the scale on the 16th and I was starting to make progress, and I threw it away. Like i said, there's a long way to go.
