New personal best 5K today, 28:45. I'm just straight-up thug life on the treadmill right now.

My level of exercise is continuing to carry my fat ass, that's the only way I can explain what's going on. Disciplined eating would end this thing in about 4 to 5 weeks, but I have not been disciplined. It may take the last 7 weeks to get this thing done.
