Back under again. I went to the gym again, that's 3 days in a row. My endurance was not good tonight. I was struggling to make the 1/2 mile run. My calves were sore afterwards. I'm not going tomorrow, hopefully that'll give my legs some rest for this weekend.

I figured I paid for the pizza, I may as well eat the leftovers. I was one over for the day, but I did go to the gym. Again, going tomorrow is the key, that would set me up for 5 visits for the week. After losing 3 pounds a week each of the last 2 weeks the bar is high for this week, and I don't think I will be able to lose 3 lbs again, but who knows.

Andrew convinced me to reward myself today. I kinda' did it on purpose. Here's why, in my past failed attempts days like this would cause me to spiral out of control and fail, but now that I am disciplined, I GUARANTEE that I will go out tomorrow and be right back on track. I'm so focused right now that nothing can stop me. There was no gym today, but I will be right back on that treadmill tomorrow, you can count on it.

1/3 of the way there!!!!

Start Weight: 283.25 lbs

Current Weight: 254.75 lbs

Weight Lost: 28.50 lbs

Weight Left to Lose: 54.75 lbs

I went to Costco and bought size 40 pants, and they now fit me! BOOYA! I'm also closing in on the other 2 milestones that I mentioned last Sunday:

1. Another 4.75 lbs lost means I go down to 29 points a day for food.

2. Another 4.75 lbs lost, and I no longer use the "250" lb increment on the scale to weigh myself.

The increase in running on the treadmill is make a difference. I actually feel that I can now go further after I have reach a 1/2 mile. I will probablt wait a week or two before I increase the running.

Here's my progress thus far:

222 Days until May 18th.

Sorry I'm posting the next day. I went to the gym, got on the scale and I have lost weight again this week. The salad and chicken are from banquet I went to last night. I ate around all the bad items, the hunk of cheese on the salad, the rice on the chicken dish, the dessert, I even took the skin off the chicken to reduce its value. I am on a roll right now. Weigh-in is coming soon, i feel good about this week.
