I ran 2 miles today in 19:25, it's the longest distance I have ever ran before, but I could probably bring that time down. I must finish strong this week, need to keep a 2 lb loss per week pace.

I went to Rocky Point this weekend and still lost weight, go figure!

I need to motivate myself to make it to 200 lbs by May 18th. No more slip-ups. I mean, May 18th is right around the corner.
