I went to the gym today and I do weigh less than 265 lbs. I was craving Pei Wei today, so I saved enough points to go. I'm starting to get my first "you've lost weight" comments, so I do look like I've lost weight, but I'm still rather fat, and I would deem myself as such until I can get below 230 lbs. Let's see if I hit the 1/4 mark tomorrow.

I skipped breakfast which isn't good. I was way under today, and to lose 3 pounds this week I will need to stay under every day. I went to the gym today. I might go tomorrow too. I may go 5 times this week instead of 4 which is my goal (I want to say 6, but I doubt it would happen).
On a positive note, I unpacked some clothes that I used to barely fit into (and stopped wearing because they were so uncomfortable), now I easily fit into them (all are waist size 42). I probably need to lose 15 more pounds before size 40 is an option. At 200 pounds I should be down to a size 36, yikes.

So, I lost 4 lbs again this week. The exercise is just melting the pounds away. I went to the gym 4 times this week, including a run of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Again, I don't look all that different, but there's a lot more real estate between my waist and my pants. With 1 more pound lost I will be 1/4 of the way there.
I'm getting more confident every day that I will reach my end goal, but I realize that there is a long way to go. I write this every week, but once I get below 230 lbs, it will become a lot more difficult.
There's a very good chance that I will be below 230 lbs by New Year's Day.
Here's my progress so far:

250 Days until May 18th.
Current Weight: 265.00 lbs
Weight Lost: 18.25 lbs
Weight Left to Lose: 65.00 lbs
