Under on the points, check. Gym this morning, check. On my "teaser" weigh-in, I do indeed weigh less than 267.25 lbs. My guess for tomorrow is a loss of 1.5 lbs. Not a strong week in my opinion. We'll find out tomorrow though.

Went to the gym this morning (I am awesome). I was one over for the day. I found nutrition infor for a yakinuki bowl with rice, similar to what I entered for it.

Tomorrow I'll be doing my "teaser" weigh-in to see if I am below 267.25. I should be, so we'll see what happens.

Under again, no gym. As I said yesterday, I really need to go tomorrow. I'm supposed to watch South Park Season 8 tomorrow night, and I don't leave work until 7PM. If i can leave earlier, I can pull off both.

If there's no gym tomorrow, I can't see myself losing more than 2 lbs this week. If I go Fri, Sat, Sun, a 2+ lb loss is entirely possible.

I really wonder what will happen on Sunday. Its funny how I only think in terms of "how much will I lose", rather than "will I lose?"

Under again, check. Went to the gym, check. The problem right now is that I'm going to see my family tomorrow night, so no gym tomorrow. Will I go Friday, Saturday, and Sunday? The key is going on Friday, but I usually hang out with the staff on friday night. A decision will need to be made. I'm sure Jake will try his hardest to convince me to bypass the gym. Damn Jake.

Yesterday marked the 1 month mark of my quest for 200 pounds. I've lost 16 so far. I don't really look all that different (I still look fat), but believe me I've noticed the missing 16 pounds.

Election Day is 2 months from tomorrow and there's a strong possibility that I will wind up losing 35 pounds by November 7th.

One thing I realized by looking at what I eat every day: I need to stop eating out, I'm probably burning a hole through my wallet.

WOW! I lost 4.25 lbs this week. How did I do it? Well, here are a few things that contributed:

Monday - Chicken Caesar Salad (Kaddykorner Bar) - 16 points
Tuesday - Chicken Caesar Wrap - 13 points
1 Cup of Pasta (Side Dish) - 3 points
Friday - Dinner Casesar Salad - 10 points
Grilled Baja Chicken Sandwich - 10 points

I probably overvalued all the items above, especailly the wrap.

I went to the gym 4 times this week, which means working out is really paying off.

It's unlikely that I'll lose 4 lbs in a week after this week. Its actually not healthy to lose any more than this in a week. Strong week this week. I'm montivated to keep it up.

Here's my progress thus far: Blue = Actual weight loss Purple = pace needed to reach the goal by May 18th.
