Went to the gym today. Points on target. I do worry now about what I will do when I decrease to 27 points allowed, some days it's tough to stay at 29 points.

I lost 1.25 pounds this week. Which is good, but I threw away a good week on Saturday and Sunday. What was 1.25 pounds could have been 2.5 pounds. I need to show off my will power like I did on Thanksgiving. I can f*cking do this, after all, I am HALFWAY THERE.

This week's mini-goal is push across the 240 lb. barrier. Goodbye 240s, hello 230s.

Jim Pederson invited us to his suite at the Suns game, and it was catered. I really need to stop going to those games where free food is involved. I thought I did ok, the chicken fingers were what did me in.
