Went to the gym today, check. Under on points today, check. Ok, gym tomorrow. I do weigh less than 261 lbs. so I have lost weight for an eighth week in a row. The scale was creeping when I got it to 261, so sadly don't expect much tomorrow.

One over, not bad. No gym today. I will be making a trip to the gym tomorrow. Tomorrow will also be my teaser weigh-in to see if I weigh less than 261 lbs. I am confident that I do.

It was funny today at Lenny's Burgers, I was desperately trying to find something healthy on the menu, the salad was the only option, the ranch dressing was the large contributor for the points on that item.

One point under for the day. I went to the gym tonight, that's 3 nights in a row. I doubt I will go tomorrow, but I will likely go Saturday and Sunday making 5 trips for the week. I'm feeling confident that I will lose more than 2 lbs this week.

1/4 of the way there!!!!

Start Weight: 283.25 lbs

I have passed the 1/4 mark. I reached the 1/4 mark in 50 days, pretty amazing. I did not do well today though as far as what I ate, I was over. This week I tried to hover around 31 points in hopes that it would help me lose more, didn't work. This week I will stay under each day and try to go 5 times to the gym. This week I only did 4. It's really important that I lose 2.5 lbs per week for the next 3 or 4 weeks to stay ahead of the pace. The last 3 weeks I have failed to reach that.
