Chicken Caesar Salad with Bread (Bisonwiches) - 16 points

Fruit & Nut Granola Bar - 3 points

As you can see by the Bisonwiches, I was in Tucson on Saturday. And the salad was all I ate while I was down there. A weigh-in will occur today (Sunday). My prediction: 273.5 lbs
