2 Blueberry Muffins (Einsteins) - 10 points
1 Small Orange Juice - 2 points
Pesto Salad (Cibo's) - 23 points
TOTAL - 35 points (31)
So, I went to this place called Cibo's. I went straight to the salads, chose the Pesto one and hoped for the best. The oil based dressing is what did me in. Thankfully, I conserved points the entire day, so it was not that bad of a hit. 23 points is a conservative guess, I spent an hour calculating its value.
Still feeling good this week, gym tomorrow, and my "teaser" weigh-in. We'll see what happens.
