Start Weight: 283.25 lbs

Current Weight: 251.00 lbs

Weight Lost: 32.25 lbs

Weight Left to Lose: 51.00 lbs

Nice recovery this week. I got right back on track. And I am in good position to push past the 250 lb mark next week. This is big psychologically. Once on the "200 lb" increment the goal is in sight. I'll post a graph later tonight.
