Start Weight: 283.25 lbs

Current Weight: 249.50 lbs

Weight Lost: 33.75 lbs

Weight Left to Lose: 49.50 lbs

OK, I got across the 250 lb goaline this week. The only problem is that I only lost 1.5 lbs for the week. I need to step up the pace this week and lose 2 or more. This will be a tough week with the election coming up, but if I can get to the gym 5 times, and not splurge tommorrow like i did this past Monday, I will be in good shape. I'm also considering stepping up the 1/2 mile run to a .60 mile run. This could make a difference.
