1/2 GOAL REACHED...HALFWAY THERE
Start Weight: 283.25 lbs
Current Weight: 241.50 lbs
Weight Lost: 41.75 lbs
Weight Left to Lose: 41.50 lbs
I lost 1.25 pounds this week. Which is good, but I threw away a good week on Saturday and Sunday. What was 1.25 pounds could have been 2.5 pounds. I need to show off my will power like I did on Thanksgiving. I can f*cking do this, after all, I am HALFWAY THERE.
This week's mini-goal is push across the 240 lb. barrier. Goodbye 240s, hello 230s.
