Start Weight: 283.25 lbs

Current Weight: 237.50 lbs

Weight Lost: 45.75 lbs

Weight Left to Lose: 37.50 lbs

Knocked out another 4 pounds this week. What I need to do from here is get consecutive 2 lb loss weeks in a row. I had one three weeks ago but then followed it up with a 1.5. It's important that I maintain some consistency. I will also soon need to make a committment to more exercise. I need to reach 1 mile running on the treadmill. I can reach 3/4 mile, but it is a challenge.

Here's my progress thus far:

159 Days until May 18th.
