Start Weight: 283.25 lbs

Current Weight: 223.50 lbs

Weight Lost: 59.75 lbs

Weight Left to Lose: 23.50 lbs

Strong Week. I went to the gym 6 TIMES this week, and was very good on points. Will I make it to 200 lbs by May 18th? I don't know, but this week is making it look a like a good bet.

Another 1.25 lbs lost will bring me to the 3/4 mark.

Here's my progress thus far:
