Went to the gym and ran a new personal best 8:04 mile today. I'm hoping to have a few 25 point days this week to get me into the 210s territory.
Housekeeping Note: I just noticed that May 18th is a Friday, so my final weigh-in will be on Sunday May 20th, 2007 to keep me in-line with my weekly Sunday weigh-in.
