Current Weight: 216.25 lbs

Weight Lost: 67.00 lbs

Weight Left to Lose: 16.25 lbs

Strong week again. My eating was not as good, but I knocked off 2 1/2 pounds. The Saturday hiking is making a big impact. Plus I just run more now than I did before. It will probably come down to the week of May 20th, but I will probably reach my goal in a few weeks.

Here's my progress thus far:
