WHERE IS THE FOCUS? I'm taking care of business at the gym, but since I started hiking I think I can splurge on the food here and there. This is bullshit and I need to stop. I did run 5K on the treadmill in 29:41. We'll see what I can make out of the rest of the week, don't expect a loss for the week.

I've done well, but the hard truth is that even at 216 pounds I am still fat, it's time to push it.
