Start Weight: 283.25 lbs

Current Weight: 207.00 lbs

Weight Lost: 76.25 lbs

Weight Left to Lose: 7.00 lbs

I got to the gym 5 times this week and it paid off. My eating can be more disciplined, but I have really pumped up the volume on the exercise. I went for a 4.5 mile run today (tired!). The eating is important because my doctor wants me at 175-180, and it's going to take more discipline to achieve that goal (or more exercise).

Don't be surprised if I cross the finish line on May 13th instead of May 20th.

Here's my progress thus far:
