Too much food today. Saw the Doctor today. The goal after I reach 200 on Sunday will be 177 pounds. It should take until Sunday August 5th to reach 177, which would be exactly one year after I started this journey. Went to the YMCA today, 2 miles = 17:10, not bad. Suns game tomorrow, it is a priority that I go to the gym tomorrow, NO EXCUSES!
